ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty piggy! How much did the side weigh? I'm guessing ~95-105 lbs but am usually a pretty poor guesser.
ReplyDeleteAre the folks at Richardson good to deal with? They do not have 1/2 or whole hogs listed on their product sheet. Were you able to get this at a decent price or do they still charge ~$5/lb for a side?
This one was a little smaller, about 80 lbs. The folks at Richardson have been great to deal with.
