I just corned some ve...Thank you so much for this! I just corned some venison - it will be ready to take out of the brine in a few days - and was wondering about beef tongue. A neighbor/farmer is slaughtering four cows soon, and I've requested the tongues and thymus glands. Mt sweetie says he doesn't like tongue, but I'm sure he'd love corned tongue.
